Syndication & Licensing

NEXAIRI publishes original analysis and reporting across AI, business, sports, and culture. This page explains how our content may be shared, quoted, or licensed for republication.

Free Use — Quoting & Linking

You may quote up to 100 words from any NEXAIRI article at no cost, provided you:

  • Include a visible byline crediting the original author and NEXAIRI
  • Link directly to the original article URL (not a cached or copied version)
  • Do not alter the quoted text in a way that changes meaning

Linking to any NEXAIRI article from any publication, blog, social platform, or aggregator is always permitted and encouraged.

Permitted Non-Commercial Use

Educational institutions, non-profit organizations, and individual researchers may reproduce longer excerpts (up to 400 words) for non-commercial purposes with proper attribution. Please contact us to notify us of extended non-commercial use.

Commercial Syndication

Full-article republication in commercial contexts (newsletters, media outlets, content platforms, enterprise intranets) requires a licensing agreement. Commercial use without a written agreement is not permitted.

To inquire about commercial syndication rights, contact us at [email protected] with:

  • The article(s) you wish to license
  • Your publication or platform name
  • Intended use and distribution reach
  • Proposed license duration

We typically respond within 3 business days. Pricing is determined on a per-article or subscription basis depending on volume and use case.

AI Training & Automated Scraping

Use of NEXAIRI content for AI model training, automated data collection, or dataset compilation is not permitted without an explicit written license. This includes web scraping, crawling beyond standard indexing, and bulk export of article text. Requests for AI training datasets will be evaluated case by case.
