Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 14, 2025. This policy explains how Nexairi collects, uses, and protects your data.
Information We Collect
We collect basic analytics and usage data, such as page views, device type, and referral sources. If you subscribe to the Nexairi Dispatch newsletter, we collect your email address for the sole purpose of delivering that newsletter. If you submit a contact or advertise form, we collect the information you provide.
Newsletter and Email Communications
When you subscribe to the Nexairi Dispatch, your email address is stored securely and used only to send you the newsletter (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday). We use Resend as our email delivery provider. Your email address is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every email, or by emailing [email protected]. We will process unsubscribe requests promptly, within 10 business days at most, in compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act.
How We Use Your Information
Data helps us respond to inquiries, deliver newsletter content, improve content quality, and understand readership trends. We do not sell personal data. We do not use your email address for any purpose other than the newsletter you signed up for.
Data Retention
Subscriber email addresses are retained for as long as you remain subscribed. Upon unsubscribing, your email is removed from our active mailing list. You may also request complete deletion of your data by emailing [email protected].
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services: Resend (email delivery), Cloudflare (hosting and analytics), and Stripe (payment processing for premium products). Each provider's data practices are governed by their own privacy policies. We do not share personal data beyond what is required for these services to function.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. If you are located in the European Economic Area, you may also have rights under GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
